It was founded in 2004, originally based in the Netherlands, and has since expanded internationally. The service allows customers to fill out medical questionnaires, which are reviewed by independent doctors. If approved, prescriptions are made and fulfilled via partner pharmacies; then the medications are delivered to the customer. They do not seem to manufacture their own proprietary ingredients or medical compounds. There’s no indication that they have in-house R&D or a lab that develops active ingredients for androgenic hair loss, DHT blockers, or similar alopecia-specific pharmaceuticals.
