    TLDR A woman had hair loss after COVID-19, but treatments helped regrow some hair, though not completely.
    A 33-year-old female developed severe alopecia areata as a complication following COVID-19, experiencing an unusual response to treatments over 9 months. Despite this, a combination of topical minoxidil 5%, tacrolimus 0.1%, and scalp platelet-rich plasma (PRP) with micro-needling led to successful hair regrowth after 2 months. However, some bald patches reoccurred, indicating partial but not complete resolution.
