The document reviews recent advancements in precise cell manipulation technologies, including electric, magnetic, acoustic, and optical fields, as well as 3D bioprinting. These methods enable precise cell positioning and assembly, crucial for applications like cancer screening and drug testing. Electric and magnetic fields allow for cell sorting and targeting, while acoustic methods offer non-contact, label-free sorting. Optical tweezers provide high-precision manipulation for cell motility and biosensing. Magnetic and acoustic assembly techniques, along with 3D bioprinting, are highlighted for tissue engineering. Despite progress, challenges remain in achieving bio-functionality and efficiency, with ongoing research aimed at improving resolution and accuracy for clinical applications.
