Younger age, adequate protein intake, lower anxiety scores, better scar assessment, and lower infection rates were identified as factors associated with better aesthetic outcomes in patients undergoing craniofacial reconstruction following maxillofacial trauma. Addressing these factors is crucial for optimizing patient prognosis in such reconstructions.
