Manufacturing Analysis of Anti-Shedding Shampoo from Ambon Banana Peel Extract and Tea Leaf Extract

The study focuses on creating an environmentally friendly anti-shedding shampoo using ambon banana peel and tea leaf extracts. The research addresses the issue of banana peel waste by utilizing its beneficial properties through maceration extraction. The resulting shampoo underwent phytochemical screening and characteristic testing, demonstrating positive results and safety for addressing hair loss. The optimal formulations were identified based on viscosity measurements, which ranged between 446 cp and 767 cp, indicating the shampoo's effectiveness and stability.
