    Autoerythrocyte sensitization syndrome was a rare disorder that required a diagnosis of exclusion, necessitating a comprehensive evaluation to eliminate more common causes of bruising. Clinicians needed to maintain a high level of suspicion and could utilize a straightforward outpatient department-based autoerythrocyte sensitization test (AEST) to aid in diagnosis. Additionally, psychiatric consultation was important to identify stress factors and ensure timely management of the condition.
