    This article presents a single case study of a female patient with alopecia areata, an autoimmune disease causing patchy hair loss, treated using Ayurvedic methods. The condition, known as Indralupta in Ayurveda, was managed through treatments such as Nasya and Pracchanna karma, along with internal medications. The study reports a significant reduction in symptoms, highlighting the potential of Ayurveda as an effective and harmless treatment for autoimmune disorders like alopecia areata.
