A 10-year-old girl with severe hair loss linked to excessive junk food consumption was treated using Ayurvedic methods. The treatment involved internal medicines like Krumikuthar Rasa and Shatavari Kalpa, external applications such as Bhringraj-Brahmi oil, and dietary changes. After 15 days, there was a 50% improvement, and by one month, there was a significant reduction in hair fall, improved scalp condition, and stronger hair. This case highlights the potential effectiveness of Ayurveda in managing pediatric hair fall associated with Pitta-Kapha imbalance and Krimi involvement.
