Ayurveda College & Hospital. The treatment involved Basti Chikitsa and oral administration of Tilmooladi Churna over 3 months. This approach led to regular menstrual cycles, an improved hormonal profile, and a reduction in cystic ovarian changes, indicating the potential effectiveness of Ayurvedic interventions in managing PCOS.
