    A 40-year-old woman with symptoms of PCOS, including irregular menses, facial hair growth, weight gain, hair fall, and painful menses, was treated using an Ayurvedic approach at M.M.M. Govt. Ayurveda College & Hospital. The treatment involved Basti Chikitsa and oral administration of Tilmooladi Churna over 3 months. This approach led to regular menstrual cycles, an improved hormonal profile, and a reduction in cystic ovarian changes, indicating the potential effectiveness of Ayurvedic interventions in managing PCOS.
