    Regenerative dermatology is advancing through the use of exosomes and polynucleotides, which enhance fibroblast activity, collagen synthesis, and other regenerative processes. This review highlights their promising applications in facial rejuvenation, photoaging, scar remodeling, chronic wound healing, periocular rejuvenation, and hair restoration, showing improvements in skin quality and patient satisfaction with a favorable short-term safety profile. However, challenges such as varied treatment protocols, limited randomized trials, and lack of long-term data persist. Future progress requires international collaboration, standardized processes, and rigorous studies to establish evidence-based guidelines in regenerative dermatology.
