TLDR The serum improved skin aging signs by enhancing cell metabolism and reducing wrinkles.
The study assessed a novel facial serum's anti-aging effects, containing apple stem cell extract, pro-collagen lipopeptide, creatine, and urea. In vitro tests showed improved metabolic functions in senescent fibroblasts. A clinical study with 32 women aged 45-55 revealed significant anti-aging effects, with 71% showing visible wrinkle reduction after 7 days. Dermal density increased by 11% at day 7 and 27% at day 28, with improved skin elasticity and hydration. The serum was well tolerated, but the study's small sample size and lack of a comparative arm suggested the need for further controlled trials.
