    The study explored the impact of biorhythms on the psycho-emotional state of students during online and full-time education. It found that online classes significantly worsened students' biorhythm indicators, negatively affecting their psycho-emotional state. Surprisingly, transitioning back to full-time education caused even more harm to their emotional well-being.
