TLDR Combining hair transplantation with PRP is more effective for treating hair loss than hair transplantation alone.
This document reports a case of bullous mycosis fungoides (BMF) with large cell transformation (LCT) in a 74-year-old male patient, which is a rare form of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. Despite treatment with brentuximab vedotin, the patient experienced a fatal outcome. BMF is extremely rare, with only 35 cases reported since its first description in 1887. This case highlights the challenges and potential fatality associated with treating this rare condition, even with advanced therapies like brentuximab vedotin.
