TLDR Most women preferred and recommended vaginal birth over Caesarean.
The study examined the perceptions of 26 women who had both vaginal and Caesarean births, finding that 77% preferred and recommended natural childbirth due to easier recovery and fewer complications. Issues with Caesarean births included prolonged recovery, abdominal pain, and wound infections. The study emphasized the importance of informed decision-making and professional evaluation in choosing childbirth methods, aiming to optimize the rate of Caesarean sections through education and case management.
