    The study investigated the role of chi-miR-130b-3p in regulating hair follicle development in Inner Mongolia cashmere goat fetuses by targeting the WNT10A gene. Researchers confirmed WNT10A as the target gene of chi-miR-130b-3p using real-time quantitative PCR, western blotting, and a dual-luciferase reporter gene assay. They cultured fetal epithelial cells and dermal fibroblasts and found that chi-miR-130b-3p influenced the proliferation of these cells by targeting WNT10A, suggesting its importance in maintaining hair follicle structure during development.
