The study validates a chromatographic method for the simultaneous quantification of gemcitabine and olaparib in pancreatic tissue, which is promising for treating pancreatic cancer, especially in patients with BRCA mutations. Using a C18 column and a mobile phase of acetonitrile and water, the method achieved efficient separation with retention times of 3.3 and 4.3 minutes for GEM and OLA, respectively. It demonstrated high linearity, sensitivity, precision, and accuracy, with recovery rates over 97%. The method is robust against interference from liposomal formulations and tissue components, supporting its use in developing advanced drug formulations.
