    Cronkhite-Canada syndrome (CCS) was described as a rare, non-familial cause of multiple polyposis, characterized by symptoms such as diffuse gastrointestinal polyposis, alopecia, onchodystropy, and hyperpigmentation. A case study of a 37-year-old Filipino man highlighted these symptoms, including chronic diarrhea, weight loss, and alopecia, alongside laboratory findings of leukocytosis and vitamin deficiencies. Endoscopic examination revealed diffuse polypoid lesions, confirming the diagnosis. Treatment included nutritional support, medications, and vitamin supplementation, leading to gradual improvement. Despite treatment, the prognosis for CCS was poor, with a high mortality rate within five years of diagnosis.
