    This review highlights the growing interest and application of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy across various medical fields due to its high efficiency, safety, and low cost. PRP has been utilized for over 50 years and is currently applied in dermatology, cosmetology, traumatology, orthopedics, dentistry, and several surgical practices, as well as in obstetrics and gynecology. The scope of PRP therapy continues to expand, with ongoing updates to the list of treatable conditions. However, despite its widespread use, the full potential of PRP therapy remains unexplored, necessitating further research into its applications in different medical areas.
