TLDR Combining exosomes with microneedling may improve hair growth in androgenetic alopecia.
A case report describes a 36-year-old male with androgenetic alopecia who underwent three monthly sessions of microneedling combined with topical exosome application. This treatment led to visible improvement in hair density and reduced scalp visibility in the frontal and vertex regions. The results suggest that this combination could be a promising treatment for androgenetic alopecia. However, the findings are based on a single case, and larger randomized controlled trials are needed to confirm the treatment's long-term efficacy and safety.
