Congenital Hypotrichosis with Hair and Dental Ectodermal Features Responsive to Sublingual Minoxidil

    A 10-year-old boy with congenital hypotrichosis and dental ectodermal features was treated with sublingual minoxidil. After four months, his hair shedding improved from grade 5 to grade 3 on the Sinclair Hair Shedding Visual Scale, and he experienced increased hair density, with no side effects reported.
