The study investigates the correlation between personal-professional qualities and motivation in male municipal servants, highlighting gender differences in professional motivation. Despite similar job fulfillment between genders, male servants exhibit less organized motivational qualities compared to the overall sample. These findings led to recommendations for enhancing professional motivation by considering gender differences, aiming to improve local self-government task solutions.
