Cystic panfolliculoma (CPF) is a rare, benign tumor that differentiates into all components of the hair follicle and is characterized by epidermal invagination. With fewer than 25 cases reported, CPF can be mistaken for other tumors like basal cell carcinoma and trichoblastoma, making diagnosis challenging. This document discusses a case of CPF in the right conchal bowl of an 84-year-old man and includes a brief review of similar cases.
