TLDR Infertile women in Duhok City often have skin issues like seborrhea, acne, hirsutism, and hair loss.
The study conducted in Duhok City, Iraq, from April to September 2023, examined dermatological disorders among 100 infertile women. The most prevalent condition was seborrhea, affecting 71% of participants. Other common findings included acne (43%), hirsutism (37%), and androgenetic alopecia (35%). The study highlighted the significant presence of skin conditions in infertile women, suggesting that healthcare providers should consider the relationship between infertility and dermatological issues.
