    The study investigates the effects of N,N-Dimethylglycine sodium salt (DMG-Na) on human skin cells, revealing its potential as a multifaceted skin treatment. DMG-Na promotes cell proliferation, migration, and VEGF release in HaCaT keratinocytes, while exhibiting anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties in models of skin diseases. It increases intracellular calcium and nitric oxide production in HDMECs, enhancing skin blood flow. In dermal papilla cells, DMG-Na reverses senescence-associated changes, indicating anti-aging benefits. A pilot study with a 1% DMG-Na gel confirmed its vasodilatory effects. These findings suggest DMG-Na could treat various skin conditions, including hair loss, with further clinical studies underway to assess its broader therapeutic potential.
