    The study presents a novel multifunctional hydrogel system designed for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia (AGA), which integrates reactive oxygen species (ROS) regulation and low-level laser therapy. This hydrogel combines multi-active nanozymes and melanin nano photothermal agents to provide a synergistic treatment approach. The nanozymes mimic superoxide dismutase and catalase activities, effectively clearing ROS and restoring redox balance in hair follicles. Concurrently, the photothermal agents enhance follicular metabolic activity and improve local microcirculation under infrared laser irradiation. This dual-mechanism approach aims to improve the follicular microenvironment and promote healthy hair growth, offering a promising multi-target precision therapy for AGA.
