Management of Early Scalp Ischemia and Necrosis After Hair Transplant: A Practical FLOW-Based Protocol (Case Report)

Scalp ischemia and necrosis, though rare complications of hair transplantation, can lead to serious outcomes if not promptly addressed. This case report introduces a structured FLOW protocol for managing early scalp ischemia, focusing on Fixing the cause, Local vasodilation, Optimization of oxygenation, and Wound care. The protocol was successfully applied in a case, resulting in complete recovery without necrosis. This approach underscores the importance of early diagnosis and offers a practical, systematic strategy for clinicians to manage these complications effectively.
