TLDR CDPDFM can improve acne symptoms in rabbit ears.
The study investigated the effect of Compound Diandao Pulvis Drug Facial Mask (CDPDFM) on an acne model using 16 New Zealand white rabbits. The experimental group received CDPDFM treatment, while the control group received tretinoin cream. Results showed that CDPDFM improved the condition of the ear skin by making it thinner and softer, reducing corneous plugs, and relieving papules. Histological observations confirmed reduced cuticle thickness and mild follicular changes. Both groups showed significant improvements before and after treatment (P=0.01), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P=1). The study concluded that CDPDFM could improve abnormal cornification in the acne model of rabbit's ears.
