EFFICACY OF THERAPY FOR ANDROGENIC ALOPECIA IN WOMEN USING HYDRODERMABRASION AND NEEDLE-FREE INFUSION: A PROSPECTIVE STUDY

A recent study evaluated the efficacy of Jet Peel™ technology combined with JetCare® serum in treating androgenetic alopecia (AGA) in 22 women. Over 5 weeks, participants received weekly treatments and daily serum applications. Results showed a significant reduction in single follicular units by 20% and an increase in double units by 11.8%. The median satisfaction score was 4.5 out of 5, with 86.4% of participants rating the outcome highly. Comfort was rated 8.9 out of 10, and no serious adverse events were reported. The study concludes that this treatment shows promising early results, high satisfaction, and a good safety profile, making it a viable additional option for women with AGA.
