TLDR Euphorbia hirta oil may promote hair growth naturally.
This study investigates the potential of a herbal hair oil formulation using Euphorbia hirta L. for promoting hair growth. The formulation was created by incorporating 2% Euphorbia hirta extract into a coconut oil base, and its efficacy was tested on testosterone-induced alopecia models in Wistar mice over 30 days. The study included four groups: a control group, a negative control, a positive control using finasteride, and a test group with the Euphorbia hirta oil. Preliminary results indicate that the Euphorbia hirta oil formulation could be a promising natural alternative to synthetic drugs for treating hair growth disorders.
