Exosomes for Facial Repair, Regeneration and Rejuvenation: Comparison Between Different Commercial Products

This study compares the in vitro effects of various commercial products containing plant-derived nanovesicles and exosomes from bovine colostrum for facial repair, regeneration, and rejuvenation. The exosomes from bovine colostrum, which are passively loaded with growth factors and cytokines, showed promising results in enhancing cell proliferation, viability, and wound repair. In contrast, products containing nanovesicles from Rosa damascena, Centella asiatica, and Euphorbia supina did not demonstrate significant improvements compared to untreated samples. The findings suggest that bovine colostrum-derived exosomes may be more effective for skin rejuvenation.
