Facial minimally invasive aesthetic procedures and quality of life in transgender individuals: a prospective study

    This prospective study investigates the impact of facial minimally invasive aesthetic procedures on the quality of life in transgender individuals. The study involved 150 transgender participants who underwent various aesthetic procedures. Results indicated a significant improvement in the participants' quality of life post-procedure, with notable enhancements in self-esteem and social interactions. The findings suggest that such procedures can play a crucial role in the psychological well-being of transgender individuals, highlighting the importance of accessible aesthetic options in supporting their transition and overall mental health.
