This study examined the impact of family support on body image and self-esteem in 100 women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), aged 18 to 40. Using the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, Body Image Scale, and Family Support Scale, the study found significant positive correlations between family support, body image satisfaction, and self-esteem. Family support was a significant predictor of both body image satisfaction and self-esteem, even when accounting for age and duration of PCOS diagnosis. The findings emphasized the importance of family support in enhancing psychological well-being in women with PCOS and suggested incorporating family support interventions in PCOS management.
