    The study analyzed data from 15 real-world databases to compare the effects of dutasteride and finasteride on the risk of prostate cancer in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). The findings indicated that dutasteride did not offer a lower risk of prostate cancer compared to finasteride in these patients.
