    This case report discusses a flap advancement technique used to treat primary essential cutis verticis gyrata (CVG), a rare skin condition with brain-like ridges and furrows. The procedure involved skin expansion to cover approximately a fourth of the scalp, forehead, and eyelid, successfully preserving hair growth and achieving excellent cosmetic results. This method effectively addresses severe cosmetic disfigurement, improving both physical appearance and psychosocial well-being.
