    TLDR Polish doctors find performance-enhancing substances unethical and want more knowledge to combat doping in sports.
    The document discussed the perspective of Polish physicians on the use of performance-enhancing substances (PES), which they considered unethical. Physicians believed they should play a role in combating doping in sports and were frequently exposed to PES-related issues in their work. Given the rising popularity of PES, it was deemed important to expand physicians' knowledge in this area to improve the medical services they provided to patients.
