Ziembicki was a visionary with organizational skills, advancing surgical care and specializing in fields like urology and otolaryngology. He mastered various surgical techniques, including vascular and gynecological surgery, and was the first in Lwów to use lumbar anesthesia in 1901. His leadership extended to advocating for the moral and economic interests of the medical profession, shaping the modern physician-citizen model.
