TLDR Korean women dye their gray hair more than men, and it doesn't cause scalp diseases.
The study found that hair dyeing was more prevalent among Korean women compared to men, particularly among individuals in their fifties and sixties and those with more than 20% gray hair. Importantly, the practice of hair dyeing was not linked to an increased prevalence of scalp diseases.
