Successful Hair Regrowth in Early Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia With Combination Therapy

    A 36-year-old woman with postpartum-onset frontal fibrosing alopecia (FFA) showed significant hair regrowth after receiving a combination therapy of dutasteride, tofacitinib, and intralesional triamcinolone acetonide. This case suggests that early multimodal treatment may be effective in promoting hair regrowth in FFA, a condition usually linked to permanent hair loss.
