TLDR Hair transplantation effectively improves unnatural hairlines from laser hair removal.
This multicenter retrospective study involving 915 patients found that laser hair removal often results in unnatural hairlines, with 82 patients expressing dissatisfaction. Of these, 58 underwent hair transplantation, which effectively improved hairline appearance, leading to satisfaction in all cases. The study noted that men generally reported higher satisfaction than women, while factors like age, graft amount, and education level did not significantly impact satisfaction. The findings suggest that hair transplantation is a reliable method for correcting unnatural hairlines caused by laser hair removal.
