TLDR The combined surgery effectively rejuvenates the upper face without serious complications.
The study discussed a surgical technique combining endoscopic forehead lifting with hairline-lowering surgery to rejuvenate the upper third of the face. Conducted between August 2018 and July 2020, the procedure involved 194 patients and utilized a scalp flap advancement fixed with the bone tunnel fixation method. On average, patients experienced an 18 mm reduction in hairline height and a 5 mm elevation in eyebrow position. The study concluded that this combined approach effectively addressed facial aging signs without serious complications.
