TLDR Health coaching helps infertile women with PCOS improve their health and lifestyle.
The study demonstrates that health coaching can significantly benefit infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) by reducing waist circumference, increasing physical activity, and enhancing overall lifestyle. These improvements are particularly relevant for women undergoing fertility treatments, suggesting that health coaching could be an effective intervention to support this population.
