    The systematic review discusses the increasing hair issues faced by the younger generation due to lifestyle changes, emphasizing the importance of fortifying hair follicles to promote growth and reduce loss. It highlights dandruff as a prevalent concern, caused by factors like oily scalp and poor hygiene, leading to symptoms such as redness, flaking, and itching. The review suggests that these issues can be effectively treated with natural herbal products, drawing from ancient Indian medicine, Ayurveda. Herbs like Amla, Neem, Shikakai, Bhringaraj, Hibiscus, and Ginger are recommended for creating an anti-dandruff herbal hair mask, combining traditional knowledge with scientific validation for modern use.
