Homeopathic Management of Hair Fall with Jaborandi Mother Tincture: A Case Series

This case series explores the use of Jaborandi mother tincture (Jaborandi Q) applied externally as a homeopathic treatment for hair fall. Three individuals with varying degrees of hair fall, dandruff, and premature graying were treated with Jaborandi Q mixed with coconut oil. All cases showed significant improvements, including reduced hair fall, resolution of dandruff, and better scalp health, with no adverse reactions reported. The study suggests that Jaborandi Q effectively stimulates hair follicles and enhances hair quality without systemic side effects, highlighting homeopathy's potential as a holistic approach to hair fall management. Further research with larger sample sizes is recommended to confirm these findings.
