Non-Surgical Management of Pilonidal Sinus: A Case Study on Homeopathic Intervention

    A 17-year-old male with a recurrent pilonidal sinus, initially treated surgically, was managed with homeopathic intervention using Silicea and Echinacea mother tincture for cleaning and dressing. The patient showed improvement within 2 months, suggesting that homeopathy can be an effective non-surgical treatment option for pilonidal sinus, highlighting its potential as a scientific approach in managing such cases.
