    A 37-year-old female with alopecia areata, hypothyroidism, and PCOS underwent individualized homeopathic treatment, including Pulsatilla, Fluoric acid, and Thuja occidentalis. After four months, her hair fall significantly reduced, no new alopecia patches appeared, and there was visible hair regrowth. Additionally, her menstrual cycles became regular, dandruff resolved, and her overall anxiety and confidence improved.
