Homoeopathic management of alopecia areata in a 14-year-old male: A case report

This case report discusses the management of alopecia areata in a 14-year-old male using the homoeopathic remedy Fluoric acid 30C. Over 4 months, the patient showed significant clinical improvement, with the dermatology life quality index score improving from 21 to 0. The MONARCH criteria were used to assess the causal relationship between the treatment and outcome, resulting in a score of +9/13. The report suggests that individualized homoeopathic treatment could be an effective alternative for managing alopecia areata.
