The study aimed to evaluate the influence of hyperandrogenism on sexual function in young women by examining 196 female students. It utilized questionnaires and the Ferriman-Gallwey scoring system to assess sexual function and terminal hair growth, respectively. Hirsutism was diagnosed in 34 women, but no significant relationship was found between hormone levels in hirsute females and the control group. The findings suggested that hyperandrogenism did not significantly impact the sexual function of the participants.
