TLDR Injecting endometrial cells and PRP can improve pregnancy chances in ART.
This review article evaluates the use of autologous endometrial cells and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) via hysteroscopic injections in assisted reproductive technology (ART) to improve endometrial health. The analysis of several trials indicates that these injections can enhance endometrial thickness and receptivity, thereby increasing the likelihood of pregnancy and successful delivery, particularly in individuals with refractory thin endometrium. The findings suggest that autologous PRP and minimally altered endometrial cellular treatments hold promise for improving ART outcomes, especially for those experiencing implantation difficulties.
