Management of Indralupta with Pracchana: A Case Study

This case study discusses the management of Indralupta, correlated with Alopecia areata, in a 25-year-old male experiencing patchy hair loss and thinning for 2 months. The treatment involved pracchana and internal Ayurvedic medications such as Arogyavardhini rasa, Tiktaka kashaya, Saptamruta loha, and Bhargava prokta rasayana. The patient showed significant symptomatic improvement, highlighting Ayurveda's effective approach in treating Indralupta through nidana parivarjana, shamanoushadis, and external applications.
