The paper proposes an integrated framework for patient-centered care in aesthetic medicine, introducing Aesthetic Health Psychology as a specialization that combines psychological theory with aesthetic practices. It emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance ethical practice and improve patient outcomes. The framework includes three models: the Aesthetic Biopsychosocial Model, which views aesthetics as a distinct health domain; the Aesthetic Health Care Process Model, which structures care as a five-stage journey with systematic screening and patient-reported outcomes; and the Aesthetic Health Systems Model, which places aesthetic care within broader contexts. These models aim to address adaptation, expectations, complications, and stigma in aesthetic procedures, with practical implications for screening and equity-focused strategies.
